Your words remind me of one of my favorite quotes from Joseph Tussman: “What the pupil must learn, if he learns anything at all, is that the world will do most of the work for you, provided you cooperate with it by identifying how it really works and aligning with those realities. If we do not let the world teach us, it teaches us a lesson.”
I don't know Tussman but that resonates. Reality is stream of prompts and lessons to be learned. Align and flow or fight and learn the lesson one more time :)
I absolutely loved reading this piece and the connections you made across various forms of experimentation. I'm one of the people who wanted to join a sound healing session and couldn't make it - definitely busyness and winter tiredness in my case, which ironically would have made this little break all the more helpful :)
