That's a good question. There are many paths and practices and many rely on the same ideas just clothed in different language. Complicated territory. I'll have to write about in the future as I don't think there is one answer and I'm still in the middle of the journey.

I'd start with introspective practices like journaling and meditation while also looking for new things to experience. New communities, different perspectives, different readings. The Body Keeps the Score has good ideas on how things to try to restore the relationship to your body which I think is key on this path.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this question. It's a wild journey, exploring the depths of our minds and being. I love to think of the possibilities and to dream of living a life as close to our true selves, finally being able to take our masks off and see. Yet, I know this is a process.
